What will my student be learning?

We have a variety of different coding platforms and languages that can be taught in an engaging way. We will work with each student to determine which they would like to try. It will be possible to switch back and forth and try all of them over time. Develop a range of skills and grow with us!

What is the price for RCC?

Introductory pricing of $145 per month.

What ages does your program serve?

Our club/classes are designed for middle schoolers and up. Around 10 to 17 years old. We help each student pick what course they want to learn and help them if they get stuck on any of the lessons.

What are checkpoints?

Checkpoints are goals within our program that lines with the learning of new skills. Each package is designed to teach students a new skill over time. As students accomplish major checkpoints in their activity, they will receive badges to commemorate their hard work.

Do I need a computer?

No, all our programs are run on in-house machines so students can use our machines. However, we do have an option for students to bring in their own laptop as we recognize you may want to work on your code at home. We’ll help them set up with any coding software as long as it doesn’t require a school license.

How big is your class?

Our class is small for 10 students per session. We found that this size is perfect for our space and for the students to learn. We plan however to expand with a new room in the near future.

Can you accommodate special needs?

Many of our students (and instructors) are neurodivergent. We strive to create spaces where students can regulate as they need to without judgment. Please discuss any accommodations and we can advise.

Our classroom is accessible, but students will need to be able to use a computer/keyboard/mouse or have an aide to do that for them.
